Safety and Risk Assessment

A clear understanding of the risks (to people, the environment and the business) is essential to ensure that effective risk controls are developed and implemented. Our consultants utilise a range of techniques, from qualitative risk ranking methods through to detailed quantitative analysis, to ensure a thorough understanding is gained of all credible risks. We have a deep understanding of relevant industry legislation and good practice and are experienced in meeting the often-conflicting requirements of stakeholders.

Our consultants and engineers have particular expertise in the use of the bow-tie methodology, which ensures strong linkage between the risk assessment and the controls designed to manage the risks.

As well as assisting the business in identifying risks GAM can provide electronic Control of Work systems including Hazard Identification and Task Risk Assessment, Permit to Work and Lock Out Tag Out modules to ensure the day-to-day safety of your operations and business.
